I have been a customer,but my service was cut off after I paid for a month subscription. When trying to enter a code the numbers keep rolling . I can’t enter a paycode because I can’t see the numbers.
There’s a reason why the minimum purchase is for 3 months, because if they offered it for a one month purchase you wouldn’t renew the service, it isn’t worth it. Either the audio and video is out of sync or it buffers and freezes. Will not be renewing my contract.
I agree. This service is terrible. I would love to be able to watch one show without it freezing or having the audio out of sync. They’d have a great service if they could work out the bugs. I’m gonna start looking for another service.
You don’t get service, I’ve been with them a month and it’s either buffering, or no audio on channels I like to watch, or audio and video aren’t in sync. If makes sense the lowest option to purchase service is 3 months, if they did it monthly you wouldn’t sign up for a second month.

Did their free trial last night. Their hockey folder was down, zero games streaming in it. Multiple other folders were also down. Finally just streamed ESPN just to see how it worked. It buffered horribly.
Every weekend for the past 4 weekends trying to watch College and NFL football the service is continually interupted with freezing. Freeze for 2 minutes, play for 10 seconds.
