I work in customer service and tech support for over 30yrs on job sites. I know what proper customer service is. Let me tell you, setting up home iptv includings settings in a streamer with multiple iptv apps to test and have a very good 500mbit fiber internet connection with a national major provider is easy. So when there is multiple technical problems for months for no image, no sound, audio video sync out of whack, multiple times no service and you contact Lisa once a week for months and she then she answers back 1 week later, and lately almost a month later, with same old bullshit “yes i will look into the issues” to then witness multiple times nothing has been resolved is just bullshit. Now, I and about a dozen friends of mine joined her service. Most of us experienced the same issues. When we asked her to explain why she has been taking a month to answer us back she told some of us “You message me too much, sending me 4 paragraphs take me a month to read and dont understand, just get to the point and list the problems in one short sentence.” And our paragraphs would take a normal 10 year old a minute to read. For that we all will use our subscriptions till they end in early 2024 and will be signing up with a better provider who has customer service and class.
